The real schedule. All of it.
Your coaching sessions are spread across a program that runs from mid-September into the first week of January. I'd rather show you the whole thing than have you find out in November.
Week 1 · Sep 14–18 Class 1, Wed Sep 16 · book your strategy session
Week 2 · Sep 21–25 Class 2, Wed Sep 23 · strategy session, 1 hour
Week 3 · Sep 28 Class 3, Wed Sep 30 · 1-on-1 #1 — your plan gets built
Week 4 · Oct 5–9 Break week, no class · prepare for the reset
Week 5 · Oct 12–16 Class 4, Wed Oct 14 · 30-Day Reset begins Thu Oct 15
Week 6 · Oct 19–23 Class 5, Wed Oct 21 · 1-on-1 #2 — progress check
Week 7 · Oct 26–30 Class 6, Wed Oct 28
Week 8 · Nov 2–6 Class 7, Wed Nov 4 · I'm away Nov 5–10
Week 9 · Nov 9–13 Class 8, Wed Nov 11 — final class; Your 30-day reset ends Friday, Nov 13
Week 10 · Nov 16–20 1-on-1 #3 — we build your go-forward plan
Navigating the Holidays, Thu Nov 19 — free to you
Nov 23 – Jan 1 You run your plan. I'm offline from Thanksgiving through New Year's, and the holidays are where you find out your plan works without me.
Week of Jan 4 1-on-1 #4 — final session. We look at what the holidays did and finalize where you go from here.
That January session is deliberate. It lands in the week a woman is most likely to lose the plan, which is exactly when it's worth the most.
The price, broken down.
$2,750 in total:
$2,500 — your 1:1 coaching with me
$250 — your seat in the eight-week workshop, rather than the $400 it costs on its own

In the workshop I teach you how fasting works, how your hormones move, and how to time eating and fasting to that movement. That teaching is the same for every woman in the room, and it should be — it's the foundation.
But a foundation is not a plan. Two women can sit through the very same class and need different things on Tuesday morning.
One is still cycling and can count days on a calendar. One is somewhere in perimenopause, where the calendar stopped being reliable a while ago. One finished menopause six years back and has been told her cycle is over.
That last one matters more than most women expect. Your body still responds to rhythm after your periods stop. What changes is that your body stops setting the schedule for you — so instead of following a cycle, you choose a rhythm and run it deliberately. Some women follow the moon cycle. Others run a repeating weekly pattern. Which approach fits you depends on your body, your life, and what your own numbers show, and working that out is exactly what our private sessions are for.
In those sessions, we take what you're learning in the group each week and apply it to you specifically:
Where you actually are — still cycling, perimenopausal, or post-menopausal — and what that means for how you time your fasts, how long they run, and when you shouldn't be fasting at all
What your own numbers are telling you — your glucose and ketone readings, your energy through the day, how you're sleeping
What your real week allows — your job, your travel, your family, the meals you aren't willing to give up, the mornings that are never going to be free
Anything else in the picture, including anything your doctor is already managing, which we work alongside and never around
By the end of the eight weeks you don't just know the method. You have your own version of it, and you've practiced running it with me watching.

Weeks 1 through 3 of the workshop cover the foundations. So by our first full coaching session in week 3, you already have the vocabulary and the framework — which means that hour goes entirely to you and your situation, instead of to background I would otherwise have to teach you one-on-one at coaching rates.
That week-3 session is the one that does the most work in the whole package, because of what happens next. The 30-Day Reset begins two weeks later. You start that reset already holding a plan we built together for your body — not a general plan you're trying to adapt on your own while you're in the middle of it.
That is the entire reason I recommend running the workshop and the coaching together.

Choose the workshop on its own if you recognize yourself here:
You want to understand how fasting and metabolic health work, and you're comfortable applying what you learn on your own
Your week is regular enough that a shared schedule will fit it
You're not managing a health condition that would need your fasting plan built around it
You've done structured programs before, and you tend to finish what you start
Learning alongside other women sounds good to you rather than daunting
For a great many women, that really is enough.
Choose the workshop plus 1-on-1 coaching if you recognize yourself here:
You've tried on your own already, and something keeps not working, and you can't tell which variable to change
Your cycle is unpredictable, or your periods have stopped, and "time it to your cycle" raises more questions for you than it answers
There's a real health situation in the picture, and you want lifestyle support that runs alongside your doctor's care
Your week is genuinely difficult — travel, shift work, caregiving — and a standard schedule won't hold up against it
You want someone who knows your specifics, looking at your numbers with you, rather than general guidance you have to translate yourself
You already know this about yourself: you do better when someone is holding you accountable and meeting with you to review your progress

Everything in the eight-week workshop:
Eight 90-minute live classes — Wednesdays, 6:00–7:30 pm ET
The guided 30-Day Reset
The private Facebook group for your cohort, which stays open after the eight weeks end
Plus working one-on-one with me:
One 1-hour strategy session — your goals, your intake answers, and my honest recommendation on how long you and I should work together 1-on-1
Four private 1-on-1 coaching sessions
Private email access to me throughout, for anything that needs a real answer
Text access during the 30-Day Reset, for the short in-the-moment questions
A free seat at every mini-workshop for 12 months from the day you enroll — my single-session, 60-to-90-minute classes, including Navigating the Holidays on November 19
A complimentary check-in call three months after your final session

Classes are live on Microsoft Teams. You'll get a link before each session — click it, and you're in. If you've never used Teams, I'll send you a short walkthrough when you enroll, and we'll do a five-minute tech check before the first class so nobody spends opening night troubleshooting audio. Our private sessions are on Teams too.

Email and text both get a reply within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays. If something can't wait that long, don't wait for me — stop, eat, let your body settle, and then tell me what happened. Nothing in this program is worth pushing through when you feel unwell, and if it persists, call your doctor. For anything that needs real explanation rather than a quick answer, hold it for your next 1-on-1. That's what the session is for.
Two exceptions, both known before you enroll. I'm fully offline October 5–13 for a family commitment — that's why the break week falls where it does — and traveling November 5–10, when I'm still reachable on the usual 24 to 48 hours. Nothing you'll need during either window depends on reaching me.

Item deYou'll be in a private Facebook group with your cohort, and there's time in every class for your questions, answered live. If yours doesn't get answered in the room, I'll answer it in the group, so everyone learns from it — not just the woman who asked.
Private email and text access to me are part of the coaching package, not the workshop on its own — I'd rather tell you now than have you find out in week 3.
I'm also traveling November 5–10. No class falls in that window, and the group stays open.
Note: Your cohort's private group is on Facebook, so you'll need a Facebook account to join it. The group is private, it isn't searchable, and everyone agrees when they enroll that what's shared inside it stays inside it. Women talk about real things in there, and that only works if it's genuinely closed.
Please note
This is wellness education. It is not medical care and does not replace your doctor. The same required products apply as for the workshop — about $128, listed on the workshop page. Enrollment requires the Master Agreement and the Bundle Addendum, which you'll receive before your first session.
Haven't spoken with me yet? Book a free 30-minute call — thirty minutes, just the two of us. You don't have to. But most women want to.
