Join our FLAG (Fast Like a Girl) Workshop for a two-month guided experience designed to empower women with practical tools, nutritional insights, and lifestyle strategies to thrive through the menopause transition—including perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause—all rooted in the Fast Like a Girl protocol by Dr. Mindy Pelz.

Our 8-week FLAG Workshop introduces you to the Fast Like a Girl principles in a supportive, interactive group setting. Perfect for those just starting their journey or looking to feel their best at any stage of midlife.

Option 1: Begins January 27, 2026. Meets Tuesdays from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST for 8 weeks (ends March 17)
Option 2: Begins March 31, 2026. Meets Tuesdays from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST for 8 weeks (ends May 19)
Location: Online (Teams virtual meeting link provided upon registration)
Group Size: Limited to 20 participants per session for an intimate, supportive experience

Month 1: Education & Empowerment

Month 2: 30-Day Reset & Group Support

Together, we’ll implement a 30-day reset using the Fast Like a Girl framework. You’ll receive guidance, accountability, and community support every step of the way.

Before we begin class

To participate fully, you’ll need the following key items. Use the links below to purchase items for the FLAG Workshop:

  • Dr. Mindy Pelz’s book Fast Like a Girl (required reading)

  • A Keto-Mojo (a glucose AND ketone measurement tool)

  • Not Loving It? Let us know within the first two weeks, and we’ll work with you to make it right or issue a fair refund.
